We are looking to hire a Senior Associate – Corporate for a boutique law firm in Mumbai.

Profile sought:

• 4–6 years PQE with strong corporate law experience.
• Approximately 40% transactional work, with the balance focused on corporate-commercial matters.
• Strong experience in independently handling corporate-commercial mandates and managing client relationships.
• Ability to take ownership of matters and manage clients independently, with limited supervision.
• Should be comfortable reviewing/drafting agreements, advising clients on day-to-day commercial matters and supporting transactions.
• Expected to take an active role in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Strong communication, drafting and analytical skills.
