Magic Circle Partners is working with a boutique law firm to hire a Senior Associate – Corporate for its Gurgaon office.

We are looking for a well-rounded General Corporate lawyer with 3–5 years of PQE, with a strong mix of transactional and corporate advisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of general corporate and commercial matters
• Work on M&A, Private Equity, investments and other corporate transactions
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents and commercial agreements
• Provide ongoing corporate advisory to clients on day-to-day matters
• Independently manage matters and take ownership of client deliverables
• Work closely with partners and senior stakeholders on complex transactions and advisory mandates

What We're Looking For

✅ 3–5 years of PQE
✅ Strong General Corporate / Corporate Transactions experience
✅ A good mix of transactional + corporate advisory exposure
✅ Experience with a reputed law firm, preferably a boutique / specialised corporate practice
✅ Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to independently manage matters and interact with clients
